34 pieces of history
More than 30 faculty and staff in the apparel, events and hospitality management department selected their favorites among the 9,500 objects in the textiles and clothing museum's collection for a spring exhibit that celebrates the museum's 10th anniversary. "Our Favorite Things" runs through April 8 in the Mary Alice Gallery, 1015 Morrill.

Campus diversity discussion is Jan. 31
The campus community is invited to participate in an interactive session with Lee Mun Wah, founder of the Stirfry Seminars diversity training company, on Jan. 31 (6-8:30 p.m., MU Sun Room). Also a filmmaker and author, Lee's latest documentary, "If These Hands Could Talk," examines diversity issues in higher education and student dialogue on race and racism.
