Second presidential finalist visits campus on Thursday

David Cook, president of North Dakota State University, Fargo, and the second finalist for the Iowa State presidency, will visit campus Thursday, Nov 6. In addition to meetings with faculty, staff, students, administrators and other stakeholders, Cook will hold an open forum (4-5 p.m., Memorial Union Great Hall).

Live video streaming of the public forum will be available on the Iowa Board of Regents website. Cook's curriculum vitae and interview schedule are available on the presidential search website, as is a feedback form.

Interview with the regents on Nov. 11

The regents will meet on campus Tuesday, Nov. 11, in a closed session to hear from the search committee co-chairs, interview the finalists and select Iowa State's next president. The public introduction of the new president would occur later that day in the Memorial Union.
